1. What is a Pronoun? (Definition)
A Pronoun is a word used in place of a noun to avoid repetition of the same noun again and again.
👉 Instead of repeating the name many times, we use a pronoun such as he, she, it, they, you, I, we, your, my, etc.
👉 Example:
Without pronoun:
-
Riya is a good girl. Riya helps her mother. Riya studies well.
With pronoun:
-
Riya is a good girl. She helps her mother. She studies well.
Here, She replaces Riya → This makes the sentence clean and easy.
